Meet Don Stevenson, PA-C — Clinical Educator & Health Science Communicator
Bridging clinical science, wearable tech, and lifestyle strategies to make health and longevity practical and sustainable.
At Don Stevenson Coaching, my focus is on translating medical science into practical, everyday strategies that people can actually use. With more than 20 years of experience in medicine, teaching, and military leadership, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world application.
As a Physician Assistant (PA-C), combat veteran, and clinical educator, I’ve taught human biology, anatomy & physiology, trauma medicine, and wellness to professionals and students alike. My own 60-pound health transformation gives me a personal understanding of the challenges many adults face.
Today, I combine my background in medicine, wearable technology, and wellness coaching to create scalable, evidence-based education designed to help individuals and professionals alike thrive.
Hi, I’m Don Stevenson, PA-C — Clinical Educator & Health Science Communicator
I’m a retired Army officer and former Sergeant First Class with more than 22 years of service. My military career gave me the discipline and teaching foundation that now shape my work in medicine and education.
Today, I serve as a board-certified Physician Assistant and Lead Provider at KORB Health Group, where I specialize in hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapies, and sustainable approaches to health and longevity.
Like many adults, I’ve faced burnout, weight gain, and the loss of direction that can come with major life transitions. Through disciplined lifestyle changes, I lost more than 60 pounds, rebuilt my energy, and reignited my purpose.
Through Don Stevenson Coaching, I now focus on bridging clinical science, wearable technology, and lifestyle strategies. My mission is to make health and longevity education practical, scalable, and sustainable. Coaching remains an optional service, but education is the foundation of everything I create.
I live in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, and I’m a proud single dad of two amazing daughters. I understand firsthand the importance of balancing professional responsibilities with personal well-being.
My Health Journey
After retiring from the Army, I faced many of the same challenges others do — burnout, weight gain, and a loss of direction. I knew something had to change.
Through disciplined lifestyle shifts and years of leadership and clinical experience, I rebuilt my strength, restored my energy, and transformed my health. That process taught me what really works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to sustainable health and resilience.
That journey now fuels my work as a Physician Assistant and clinical educator. Through Don Stevenson Coaching, I share evidence-based education, practical strategies, and tools designed to help others cut through the noise and focus on what truly drives long-term health and longevity.
