Meet Don Stevenson, PA-C — Clinical Educator & Health Science Communicator
Bridging clinical science, wearable tech, and lifestyle strategies to make health and longevity practical, sustainable, and real-world applicable.
At Don Stevenson Coaching, my focus is on translating medical science into practical, everyday strategies people can actually use.
With more than 20 years of experience in medicine, teaching, and military leadership, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world application.
As a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and clinical operations leader, I’ve worked extensively in telehealth systems, metabolic health, and long-term patient outcomes.
After facing burnout, weight gain, and loss of direction myself, I rebuilt my health—losing over 60 pounds and regaining energy, clarity, and purpose.
Today, I focus on creating scalable, evidence-based education that helps individuals apply science to real life and achieve sustainable results.
Hi, I’m Don Stevenson, PA-C — Clinical Educator & Health Science Communicator
I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant and clinical operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in medicine, teaching, and military leadership.
My background includes serving as an Army medical instructor, adjunct professor, and Lead Provider at a national telehealth organization, where I focus on metabolic health, clinical systems, and long-term patient outcomes.
Like many adults, I’ve experienced burnout, weight gain, and loss of direction. Through disciplined lifestyle changes, I lost over 60 pounds, rebuilt my energy, and regained clarity in both my health and purpose.
That experience—combined with my clinical background—shaped how I approach health today.
I focus on translating clinical science, wearable technology, and evidence-based strategies into practical tools people can actually use in real life.
My work is centered on creating scalable, science-backed education that helps individuals improve their health, optimize performance, and build sustainable habits for the long term.
I live in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, and I’m a proud single dad of two daughters. I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing health, career, and real life—and I build everything I create with that reality in mind.
My Health Journey
After retiring from the Army, I faced burnout, weight gain, and loss of direction.
Through disciplined lifestyle changes and years of clinical experience, I rebuilt my health, restored my energy, and transformed my life.
That process taught me what actually works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to sustainable health and long-term results.
